Fab hotel. Great room with kitchen, lounge and bedroom with big ensuite . Good sized shower. Very comfortable. Breakfast was very good indeed.

To compliment you on the experience I received from the hotel
We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed ourselves very much. We received courteous, fast, and patient service with a smile from the hotel staff. In the room, treats from the hotel awaited us, the room was spacious and clean, a balcony with a table and chairs (but it was raining and we didn’t use it). The breakfast was luxurious and rich, with a large selection of products, and fresh fruit. We spent time in the wet and dry sauna, we didn’t have time for the gym anymore, we received an offer from the hotel staff and went for a walk around the town, it was very worthwhile, and we even did some shopping and, as I said, it’s a shame we couldn’t continue to stay longer. Our car was parked in the hotel’s private parking lot and we didn’t worry.

The perfect/convenient hotel in the centre of Merano
I have only stayed a couple of nights, I had everything I needed. The spa and the gym are basic and well kept. Breakfast buffet is well served and on top of that you can enjoy extras a la carta for free. The parking is big and well organised. The bedroom I had was big and clean, the mattress comfortable enough. Thank you.

At our arrival we appreciated the warm welcome. The room was perfect an we enjoyed our stay the whole week. The top quality breakfast was served by professional an very friendly team. We passed an excellent week in the City Hotel in Meran.

City Hotel is tops
Great location. Wonderful included breakfast. Staff is very friendly, courteous, informative. Rooms were clean and modern. Only complaint was bath towel texture – just a bit “rough.” But no matter, I highly recommend.

Exceptional Service
We are on a 2 week cycling trip from Munich to Venice. For one night we stayed in Merano and were fortunate to be booked in City Hotel Merano. The staff was exceptional – nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is very nice – spacious rooms, convenient location, easy to get to by bike. But it was the people who made the difference. I highly recommend this hotel.
